Joanna Umney
Registered Psychologist
At our Psychology Clinic, Joanna provides professional psychological services designed to help individuals achieve their therapeutic goals.
Joanna will tailor evidence based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), to the individual clients’ needs, personality, and therapeutic goals.
Additionally, Joanna finds that animal-therapy is particularly supportive for those with social-anxiety, autism, and depression.

Joanna is a Registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) and is a provider of Psychological services through Medicare Australia.
Joanna is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS). She has also gained her accreditation to be an animal-assisted therapist.
Her qualifications are:

Joanna brings many years of experience from her work within a neuroaffirming clinic, where she has supported young children, adolescents, and adults. Before this, she gained valuable insights while working in a school and a non-profit organisation.
Her diverse background equips her with a unique understanding of the needs of her clients, allowing her to provide compassionate and effective support.

Specifically, she has an interest in working with females on the spectrum and those with social anxiety.

Dr. Jessica Price is a dedicated Educational and Developmental Psychologist with a passion for helping individuals of all ages navigate their unique paths to mental wellness.
Jessica brings a wealth of experience from her extensive work in educational settings and the broader community.
Her therapeutic approach is rooted in understanding each client’s distinct needs, utilising a blend of:
